Variance Program

The Variance Program is dedicated to providing specialized homes tailored to meet the unique needs of children and youth, fostering their developmental progress through structured environments and individualized support systems. Recognizing that many children and youth require customized, home-based programming and support, our program ensures that each individual receives the necessary resources and assistance to thrive.

Upon agreement with a placing agency, children and youth entering the Variance program undergo a comprehensive psychoeducational assessment, funded by the placing agency. This assessment is crucial, as it often reveals unrecognized needs, guiding our approach to service provision. Bridgeview Care Homes prioritizes the insights gleaned from these assessments, using them to inform safety plans, service strategies, and tailored accommodations for each child and youth in our care.

At Bridgeview Specialty Care Homes, we embrace a holistic approach to care, recognizing the diverse backgrounds and experiences of each individual.

Central to the Variance program's mission is the provision of consistent, individualized support to children and youth identified under individual service agreements (ISAs). These programs guarantee consistent support hours, aligning with our goal of meeting each individual's unique needs and fostering their growth and well-being.
